Staff was very busy and provided food as fast as they could. However the young lady at the register got flustered and walked away in the middle of our order. A young man came over and finished taking the order. I was impressed by his calmness with as much was going on. Seems to be understaffed like every other fast food restaurant. Overall a decent experience. I will go back.

I don’t know what to think about this place! Every time I come here, even if nobody is behind me, they always make me pull to a reserved drive-through spot. I don’t know if they’re trying to up their customer service score by getting people out of the drive-through faster or what’s going on, but I don’t quite understand it. My husband came last week and brought his boat through the drive-through. They made him pull into a reserve spot as well….. with his boat. Now, I’m currently sitting here with three other people waiting on their food.

First time at this location, and it was great! Good service, hot food, and I didn’t wait forever even though they were busy. They worked as a team, AND the managers were working too instead of just barking orders at employees! I miss the type of service a lot.

I have been to this location several times and without fail, have to wait for food (which is fine if it’s fresh), but workers just standing around either on their phones or just plain ignoring you. Food is just thrown together. This is definitely not the best location to get food.

We take our girls to McDonald’s every couple of weeks. This one, the food is usually good. The service is terrible. Generally, a bunch of young people are sitting around on their phones or goofing off. There is one manager there with long fluffy hair that parks her car in a handicap spot, and every time we go, she is going in and out of the store and yelling orders at the staff. She does not have a handicap tag or window tag. The last time we visited, there were so many flies that we ended up packing our food back up to go. All of the tables were nasty. I got paper towels and sanitizer and wiped off the one we tried to use. We have decided after a few less than great experiences that we will go to a different restaurant to treat our girls.

What can be said that hasn’t been said. This location used to be a fast food restaurant that was consistently clean inside and out (the used to was the drive thru lane). Now the place is less clean, much less. If you go inside, it always looks to be recovering from some sort of calamity with some lady yelling order numbers like an angry Drill Sergeant on your 3rd day of Boot Camp. If you are ordering for more than one person, it normally means waiting along with two or five other vehicles, be prepared as this has proven to be the rule and not the exception. Normally, you will only wait for 5 to 10 minutes, but one rainy evening with a suburban full of hungry kids, I waited exactly 38 minutes. I know this because I was morbidly curious to see how long I would wait before breaking down and going inside to discover what cruel fate had befallen my order. It was uneventful as my order was just sitting there, forgotten and alone. The person on the ordering part is always nice, and they are actually pretty good at getting the order correct. I would say I have only had a few incorrect orders, sometimes receiving something I didn’t order and other times missing something. The food is consistently decent, and the fries are hot. As long as you understand the restaurant is not very clean and the service is not very fast you won’t be disappointed. I am not disappointed either as I accept my fate and I treat the kids at least once a month to happy meals and McFlurries (as long as the machine is working).

It never fails. You go to this McDonald’s and you have to pull forward to park for your order. It doesn’t matter if you order a burger, a drink, a napkin you are pulling forward. Then you wait forever for your food when you pull forward. I placed a mobile order.
