Seven years ago this was one of the best McDonald’s around. But now it’s bad and getting worse. The service at the windows is terrible! They were out of breakfast burritos for a month. The sweetener and cream addition machine has been out of order for two months. They don’t even say thank-you or good morning! I’m done with this place!

Worst Restaurant location of the year. 2 Girls at the front sound like middleschool playing. Both of them made eye contact with me at the counter at separate times both looked away and continued to laugh joke and play. Waited a lot longer for my food then I should have….. Finally being asked if I had an order walks away to check the screen doesn’t give me an update comes back to me puts the cup down …..says “Here Yo Cup” and goes back to laughing.. Food comes I bring it to the table, luckily the happy meals were decent. My Large Fry….. COLD Normally I don’t care but DEFINITELY COLD…..I Never knew a Big Mac could be hard like toast left out for days…. I Was so upset and disappointed that I would rather eat this Cold A** Food then deal with them at the front. Spoke to the manager expressed to him I know it’s hard to find good workers he agreed and related but expressed that he could not fire them.because they are short staffed and they are working on hiring other people. Man I didn’t think Mcdonald could get any worse than this. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming.

They are abusers, they charged me $21.66 from my account when I placed my order and when I asked for a solution in this regard, the workers were rude and treated me in a derogatory manner! They tell me that my order does not appear and that they do not care to solve my problem! I ordered a combo through Uber eats – $30 for one McDonald’s combo – I ordered a caramel Sundae which was left out entirely. I contacted Uber eats and the driver – neither of which made this right. Uber eats simply told me that my order was not eligible for a refund. I did not want to refund, I just don’t want to pay for things that I did not get. I will never order from Uber eats or the store again. Uber eats is a complete rip off. They just take your money.

This location is very unprofessional. They have zero customer service skills and everything is funny to the young lady working the front register. I will never eat at this McDonald’s again! First it took over 30 minutes to get our food, then they got my sandwich wrong twice. Let’s not forget the filthy bathroom and dining area. The floors turned my daughters pants black, there’s all kinds of food n God knows what on the walls n the drink machine is disgusting. I’m glad I won’t have to ever eat here again since we are visiting for the day but I won’t come back here after today.
