This restaurant is going downhill fast. The wait times are getting longer and longer. Last 3 trips the fries wasn’t cooked fully. Today I sat in the drive Thur 25 minutes got to the window was told they are out sweet tea, and coke. I asked for salt, pepper and ketchup but was informed they only had pepper. The bun to our chicken sandwich was crunchy. Our food was ice cold

Very expensive. Sausage and biscuits were not fresh. Uneatable biscuit was stale and hard from being on self too long. Egg and bacon biscuit was cold. Almost $5 each and had to throw them away. Hardee’s up the road is much better. This McDonald’s years past was very good. Notice lower quality in all McDonald’s lately. Selling all my stock.

9 times out of 10 when I go in the mornings they are “open,” but nobody is actually in the store. When I went this morning there was nobody in the store and the drive thru window where you pay was wide open. Typically IF someone is actually there it’s only 1 person who is running around like crazy because nobody else showed up to help them.

We went to McDonald’s last night in leesburg and the experience was terrible. To start off with my sweet tea I order tasted terrible so I had to get out and go inside to get another drink and then I had to fix it myself. Then we wait about 20 mins in the drive thru reserved spot for our food. And when we got our food it was cold. So over all our experience was terrible we were not offered any straws in the drive thru I had to get out and go inside to get those as well the management in this restaurant is terrible. And the fact that I ordered 2 large fries and they looked like the same amount as a small fry

This has to be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I live about 5 minutes away from it and every time I give them another chance the remind me why I stopped going. The fries are NEVER fresh, they mess the order up at least half the time. Then the other food like burgers are nuggets always either taste old or that they were cooked in dirty grease. The owner clearly doesn’t care because it’s been like this for years and the reviews reflect it. I’d rather drive all the way to Albany to get McDonald’s. ️

Worst customer service, always get order incorrect. I didn’t get my change because the cashier shut the drawer and supposedly couldn’t open it again. They forgot to ring me up for one of my fries and I had to pay an additional $4 for a fry even after they didn’t give me my change. The only reason this store is still open is because it’s the only option for Leesburg.
