Currently as I write this on the line waiting to order through the drive thru. It seems that they are PURPOSELY having us wait on the line until the clock strikes 11pm to say they are closed. This McDonalds gets sketchy when it gets closer to closing. I’m assuming corporate does not give 2 damns about the way its being ran. They need to send in some corporate people to whip these workers into shape. This is not cool at all! They were closed and shut down and drive thru screens off well before closing!

I was doing Doordash and trying to fulfill an order at around 10:45 pm, but despite saying open 24 hours, the overnight employees claimed they were closed but were still accepting online orders. The female employee was extremely rude (which I gave it right back) and let a line of 10 cars wait for about 40 minutes! Another customer was really angry because he had already paid for his food online, and the employee refused to give him a refund or even talk to him properly. God forbid hungry customers get mad when they get their money and time stolen from them.

GARBAGE LOCATION. Spend the time driving a little further to a different McDonald’s and don’t go to this one. We waited 30 minutes in line because it was moving that slow, they helped the person in front of us and then when we pulled up they said that they were now done taking orders for the night. After we waited 30 minutes ?! OH and it was 11:57! You close at 12. Could of stayed open the 3 minutes and we would of got served. Unprofessional.

I was recently on vacation with my grandparents in Daytona Beach and we stopped at this McDonald’s drive thru. There was one car getting it’s order taken when we got there. It was finally our turn and the lady came on the speaker and said she would be right back with us. She didn’t ever come back and it had been over 10 minutes and all we wanted were three hi cs. So I said hello multiple times and pulled around, no one at first window and girl at second window was confused what I was even talking about so she grabbed her rude manager. This lady was so rude and unreasonable, she was an older black one and she started yelling at me as soon as I asked if we could just get 3 drinks we have been waiting over 10 minutes. She told me she doesn’t have workers and I’m not allowed to come around at her with that attitude because she is gonna give it right back. She also said we couldn’t order there because there was no way to take our order even after we waited so we just drove off while she was yelling after waisting 15 minutes trying to get 3 drinks. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDs. MANAGER IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She has been mentioned many times in the prior reviews and even pictures of her.

The manger did not get her name, extremely busy, but she was so polite to customers and staff. First time I have ever seen that at this Mc Donald, and employee w sweet and polite as she was and they were super super busy as they always are and normally you don’t get treated that way I have to say whoever put her in charge and have hired new employees are doing a fantastic job I’ll go back I had stopped going there for a long time at least two years I’ll be back.

Terrible experience. on 5/17/23 I ordered my big mac meal though the app and when I got there I waited 30 min for my order. I tried to call the store while I was on the line for a refund – of course there was no answer. When the manger came out she refused to give me her name. When I demanded a refund she got my food real fast. BTW there was another worker with all sorts of marks on her face who came out and having a argument with her boy friend near the bathrooms on the phone while you have people on line waiting for their food 30-40 min. Never again!
