This McDonald’s experience is hit-or-miss. Watch out for missing items, and expect longer waits in afternoons and evenings despite light crowds. Additionally, there’s a 25-minute wait for food when dining indoors. On a positive note, they have a fantastic indoor playground. Be prepared for possible hiccups if you decide to go.

Ordered a Big Mac meal, chicken nugget Happy meal, iced coffee, ice cream and a pie. The Big Mac was old, as we’re the fries. Waited 15 minutes for the food. Couldn’t get anybody to come to the counter because they were all hiding in the back. No sauces for any of the Sundays we’re available. And out of apple slices for the Happy meal. Good thing we only came here for the indoor play place. And we had to clean the table that we were eating at.

I went through the drive-through last week with only 1 other car in front of me just before 11:00 AM. It took 5 minutes to be able to order at the speaker and then nearly 10 minutes more to get 2 CHEEESEBURGERS and a small diet Coke! When I finally got my order, I checked the bag and drove away with what I thought were 2 CHEESEBURGERS. Well, they had buns, onions, pickles, ketchup, and cheese, but the MEAT was MISSING on both of these burger facsimiles.

McDonad’s continues to decline in quality. We arrived at 10:40 and only one group of 3 people were ahead of us. No one else was there. We ordered lunch and waited 15-20 minutes for our food. When it arrived, it looked—and tasted—like it had been prepared the day before. Since they had just started serving lunch, we expected that the food would be freshly made.

Went back and finally got order after being asked for receipt I no longer had and being accused of yelling at worker when I was calling back to wife for receipt she already gave worker.
