Not surprisingly, the APP wasn’t working. Looked at one thing, and when I tried to look at something else, it said I already had an order. FORCE closed, Restarted, NO change. Initially, I thought one of the managers was going to make it right. But after asking if everything was okay, They just walked by me a half a dozen times with NO follow up. In the end, I used one of the KIOSK to place my order and had to pay almost double. KIOSK said I could submit my receipt to get the rewards points. But the machine didn’t have any receipt paper, so I had to wait in line for that. There was nobody in front of me, but I had to wait for the cashier to bring me my order before anyone acknowledged that I had been standing at the register for nearly 5 minutes. Despite 2 managers and multiple employees walking by. They were setting up for an employee meeting in the center of the dining room, so I guess food, deserts, and socializing took priority of the customers in the store.

This was a very terrible experience!! I went to take me and my kids that are innocent to McDonald’s and I received burgers with a wiener shaped pickle. Later my children asked me what it was shaped as and I had to explain to them what it was and it was a very awkward moment at mcdonalds
