Great experience. Food was great, the ice cream machine was working. You can take the elevator or the stairs upstairs for the arcade fun. Also side note I did lost my phone while here and the employee was so great I wish I had her name but she made finding my phone a priority. Me and my family will be returning here again next time we’re in the area. Keep up the good work.

The service is great. They’re so patient for the amount of people they need to serve. They’re just overwhelmed because they need more employees and the machines to order aren’t reliable so it causes even more problems for them and time to fix it. Not the yummiest McDonald’s food and definitely not quick, but it’s still such a great experience! I’m still going to go back because of the experience of being in the biggest McDonald with all of the cool things. But, at a time when I’m not hungry and I can expect everything to go wrong and to take forever ❤️ the employees are so nice though.

Super big McDonald’s however typical with missing food order or incorrect orders. Had to send things back twice to get the correct order. Our friends joined us ten minutes later with a whole array of issues, from missing half their food to waiting an additional 40 mins to get everything they ordered. With all the issues of the food the atmosphere is nice for the kids. An arcade and play place, what more can a kid want.

Best McDonald’s Ever. The PIZZA was extremely delicious. Who would’ve thought?? The pasta was delicious! The gameroom was nice, but a lot of the games were out of order. Great overall experience, the kids loved it.

This McDonald’s is one of the nicest and coolest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It is a two story McDonald’s with a play place and an arcade. They offer non traditional menu options, such as build your own pasta, ravioli, pizza, cake, cheese cake, etc. it truly is a one of a kind McDonald’s location. The restroom was fairly clean for the amount of people who travel through it. It was very busy when I arrived with very few parking spots available, and long waits for the order kiosk. They brought the food to my table, which I enjoyed, and the staff was very polite. We will be coming back to this location, before heading home.

We came here twice during our vacation and honestly it’s worth checking out but a bit disappointing. The specialty dishes (pizza, pasta) felt more like a checked box than a decent menu option, the portions were so small for the price and tasted mediocre. The regular items on the menu are all more expensive than other stores as well. The first time we came the place was packed with people from the nearby soccer game, the staff were doing their best to keep up but I saw questionable things one of which was my receipt was licked before being stuck to the box. The one redeeming factor of this place is that the atmosphere is super nice, it’s a large building with an arcade and 2 floors so it feels special

Was excited to visit, but it was crazy town and had to leave. The place looks great and could probably be fun at 6 am, before everyone gets up. Seating is hard to find, and you would definitely have to stay with your child.

We travelled to see the biggest McDonald’s and that’s what we saw. Lines were long, food took longer and service didn’t seem like a top priority. Our “special order” burger had all the items on it that were supposed to be removed. It was definitely cool to see new and different options on the menu but our crew stuck with the usual. They have an indoor playground and some arcade style games but we didn’t use these. Floors were sticky, lineups were long and the ice cream machine wasn’t working!

A little overrated for the largest McDonald’s in the world. Unique that they have pizza and pasta. You can order from the kiosk and they bring the food to you. Open pizza kitchen, you can see them make it. Limited toppings. Large play area on second floor. Not an easy entrance if you’re on the adjacent road.
