Sammy and Desiree are amazing workers despite working countless hours and running the store they still are amazing. Their system was down, and continued to keep a positive attitude and serve their customers. They are amazing workers and definitely deserve a raise and some more appreciation from the company. The conditions they were under is not ok that the company puts them through and deserves more appreciation from costumers and corporate I’m disappointed that they haven’t noticed how these workers are the reason there store is still open.

Returning the burger and fries. I understand it’s dinner time and busy. I just got a almost cold quarter pounder with cheese that was still raw and with one bite I can tell the meat was bad. I don’t know the young lady’s name that took my order and money, but what I can say is that she made my experience quit pleasant and she made my day. People really have no clue what the next person is going through and how much being genuinely kind goes a long way. Most time people really don’t care for their jobs so their customer service sucks. I came to this McDonald’s and ordered food for here. I get my food in a bag on a tray and brought to my table. Went to grab my drink and realized I had no cup. I had to get back up to ask the young man for a cup. Finished my meal. I figured I would treat myself to a Caramel sundae, really 3.00 dollars for that thing. Oh but wait here is the kicker, she handed me the ice cream and then asked me if I wanted a spoon? Are you kidding me? What am I going to eat it with my fingers? She talked so low I could barely hear her, and she walked so slow and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

This is by far one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Consistently. I blame it on management — the kids working there are rude, half the time you can’t hear them talk because they mumble like they hate their job and would rather be anywhere else, and they definitely aren’t interested in giving you a pleasant experience. When you pull up to pay or get your food, half the time they just stare at you without any greeting. It’s quite uncomfortable. They are excellent at doing things like giving you no pickles on your cheeseburger when you order extra pickles. With managers that either don’t care or don’t manage, I can only imagine what they might be actually doing to the food. I have driven away from this drive through line more than once due to the rudeness while ordering and today have resolved to never go back.

I rarely right reviews, but this McDonalds served stale old hash browns. When the manager offered to fry fresh ones she returned with a hash brown literally soaked in grease. Eat at the McDonalds in Viera. Better quality food.

None of the employees care to be here. They move super slow and have zero customer service. I don’t eat McDonald’s but I picked up an order for someone 20 minutes later than expected and still had to wait 20 minutes. It was sad to watch how the employees literally shuffle their feet around like robots. This includes the “manager”.

This location has never been problematic until the last few months. 10 minute Drive thru wait and Room temperature food are miniscule compared to the Mgmt team being downright rude and disrespectful towards the lower level employees. I’m aware that this is a franchise location. However, this is not a positive representation of the McDonald’s brand.
