Burger had a piece of it bitten off. Manager said she would review tape without even asking for details. When she was asked how she would look at tapes and she did not know when it happened then she started talking it seriously. We asked her what guarantees we have that it will not happen to another customer again. She said she will replace the meal. She what a joke. I don’t want my kids getting sick from eating a burger someone else bit into. This is just nasty. I do not know if it is an employee or a return order. Claudia the General manager spoke some English, the other management staff does not speak English. when Claudia the General Manager is not there so an employee had to translate to who ever is in charge.

This is a busy McDonald’s whenever I visit any day of the week. They have a long drive-thru lane that stretches around the building. Last time I went on a weekday around 8pm there was a line of about 5 people waiting for their food at the counter. The two ladies in front were unhappy when they finally got their food, complaining it felt like they’ve been there for an hour. Luckily for me I waited less than 10 minutes and I even placed my orders on the mobile app as I was standing there. If you save your birthday on the mobile app they give you a coupon for a selection of free food or drink for your birthday. I went for the free 6 piece chicken mcnuggets which usually taste addictingly good but not that night apparently. McDonald’s fries are my favorite but crispiness varies here. It’s a hit or miss on food quality here. Service is not slow or fast, just expect a little wait time.

Don’t know the name of the lady, but this poor lady was running everything from cooking to the cashier, with a crazy long line, and was a genuinely sweet the whole time, whoever was working Tuesday may 2nd at 1:15 am, you deserve a promotion.
