We went yesterday to the drive thru, there were a lot of cars, people waiting etc only to find out it was closed. There were workers inside and not one of them was capable of letting people know they were closed and they were deliberately ignoring everyone who approached the window. Please do not claim to be open 24 hrs if you won’t be and if you are closed, please be mindful of customers and put a sign or turn off the screens. Thank you.

Poor management and poor customer service. One of the managers (skinnyone/Venezuelan) thinks that he is doing you a favor. Horrible attitude in the environment. He literally threw me the ice cream over the counter without the minimum of professionalism. I understand that this is a fast food chain and we don’t pay a lot of money, but what type of people are they hiring nowadays? Are they so desperate? Or is it cheaper to hire people without minimum education? I don’t care if he doesn’t like his job, but we deserve at least a respectful demeanor. I hope this review catches corp’s attention.
