Picked up food for my 11yr old Granddaughter and this is what happened. Like 3 weeks ago. Check your food always, this could have been a bad stomach ache for my Baby.we still monitored the next couple of days. She’s fine. Returned and they stated they were under staffed, the cook was denying that he sent that out, SMH. I was steaming mad. No one still called me back and its not a McDonald’s that I frequent. This store needs help!! This happened at night.

I was extremely dissapointed with my grimmace shake, I drank the whole thing just to be completely dumb founded when I was not in fact chased down and brutally violated by the 8 foot tall grimmace monstrosity. So i ordered another one, thinking they had messed up my order, and AGAIN, Grimmace and his vigorous libido were nowhere to be seen.

Although the servers were friendly. The service itself was chaotic. They need to employ more people if they are to get better reviews. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food even though we ordered from their machine. They gave away our orders to someone else & when we finally got our order they gave us the wrong one. I was happy with the friendly atmosphere but disappointed with the service.
