update. came back tonight. to find lobby was closed. the mexican worker let mexicans in while making me wait outside. let me mention that i was here at 10 when the lobby is open until 11. left with out my order. took over ten minutes for an order of large fries. literally got a large fry that was on the rack since i got there. beyond sad

Door says open at 6am for breakfast. Got there at 6:01 and the few staff that were there just looked at us and refused to let us in. Eventually got let in by a non-staff member that was just hanging out inside. Dining area was filthy even after being closed all night.

as I place this order at work I asked for the double deluxe meal they didn’t place any lettuce and tomato on it, the burger was cold the fries were all over the bag and they were cold no napkins were in a bag a whole bunch of ketchup I’ve been coming to the store since I was a little kid I won’t be coming to the store again when I told the night manager about the situation she only said okay she didn’t give no comment or anything else no apologies or nothing she just said okay. I told the manager I will be there in the morning to show what the food looks liked to the highest manager.
