This McDonald’s is ridiculous. You might as well call a day ahead if you want your food on time and it still may not be fresh. The Spanish manager who work there is more concerned about how she looks rather than delegating tasks to the 1000 people that’s on the clock to makes orders go out fast . Pulling into the parking lot I thought I was going to a car show how backed up the drive through was . Also, if you want ice don’t even bother , THEY NEVER HAVE ANY .

Staff handled my situation nicely. They ran out of the Grimace Meal shake however the app still had them as having it. I ordered only to be told they ran out but the app would not let me nor them cancel. They were nice enough to have me see if other locations had it to just give me a credit there but no one else did. Geraldo the manager gave me an option to get a credit and come back and order or just get the meal with a different shake. Very nice person and soft spoken. I decided to get the meal and he made a special oreo shake for me . Grimace shake is a limited thing so there might be a possibility they will never have it again. The fries were hot and fresh like always. Also they are the only Mcdonalds around that picks up their phone. Also please get better features on your App Mcdonalds.

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry. First of all, the Shamrock McFlurry is still advertised on the app as being available and it wasn’t. Their ice cream seems to be pretty greasy. I certainly won’t be needing lip palm the rest of the day. The Oreo was only in the top part of the dessert. There are better options out there. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was modern nd clean, which staff cleaning.

Today was the final straw for this place. I have tried and tried and tried again to be a good customer but I think they actually may be trying to ripoff customers. Today was the 4th time I drove up to the drive up window and said ” I would like two of the $1.00 hamburgers ( yes that is how I said it ) and 1 small french fry as well as one small coke. She rings up 2 double burgers. By the way the coke had about two small sips of soda in it, it was a full cup of ice, what a ripoff. Anyway this is the 4th time they did that exact same thing with the burgers and each time I worded it the same so they could not make a mistake.

The service is the poorest I’ve seen in my lifetime. I’ve working in the biz for over 20 years and don’t understand the management style at the place. The mangers are always rude and disrespectful to their guests. I’ve had the privilege of the drive thru door being slammed in my face numerous times for asking for condiments and Napkins.
