For 10+ years, been using the drive thru service here from time to time, mainly for breakfast. Staff seems to genuinely care. The few times there was an error, it was fixed quickly. I have never dined in so can only speak to the drive thru.

Two Fat Meatballs
Very poorly run, waited at speaker to order for maybe 3 minutes, no cars in line, finally someone instructed me to second window without taking my order. Once at second window I placed my order, 4 piece nugget happy meal, was asked what size fry, took me a second to respond since I have never been asked that in all my years ordering happy meals. The lady helping could not have been more rude and unprofessional. While waiting for my order I noticed a letter taped to the window instructing anyone with a service issue to reach out to the number listed, now I know why, this location must get a lot of complaints. I am shocked corporate allows a location to be run like this, really tarnishes the brand. Food was fine, this is just a customer service issue.

Waited in drive thru line over 15 minutes. Only 4 cars ahead of us. Overall took us 20 minutes for an ice cream & McFlurry. Teenagers taking orders lack any basic hospitality training. I asked for the manager who came over immediately, and told him this line took 20 min. He said sorry and walked away. He seemed sincere, but clueless about the backed up lines. Cars often drive away when they see the long (slow) car lines. This location, for years, has been run by teenagers and poorly trained managers. Owner must have spent a lot of money renovating this location a while back so it looks very nice. But the flow processes for a fast food store miss the mark. I have been here 100 times mostly because of its convenient location. But the place is consistently slow & staff mostly aloof. It takes a lot of $ to own/run a McDonalds franchise & I suspect the owner must make a lot of money despite the poor customer servicc. Think of how much more $ would be made by a well run store. The McDonalds location a few miles away on 441/Glades is run better. I don’t know if the owner is the same. You would think tracking a simple metric like the average amount of time cars spent in line (as there are plenty of video cameras there) would provide basic actionable info to any caring owner/operator. I know it’s “just a McDonalds” so I guess you can’t expect much.

Well this use to be the best one around but now is more miss than hit. Their focus is always on the drive through and less in the counter tending to customers attempting to place an order or get other assistance like correct the order the always seem to mess up.

Food was good. Parking was a challenge bc that area is very busy with others business right there. Tried to order on the machine without success and no one around to ask. The inside was different you could not see the kitchen or the ppl working. Just a small area where a woman appears to take your order…

The employee was very rude quarter pounder hat onions and pickles on it as we waited there for Fry’s was cold and ask for fresh and they still gave us retail price from the grease and it was hard and employees didn’t make anything better with attitude sitting in my receipt are writing a letter to corporate office of McDonald’s
