Update: gave them another chance. Spent $12 on a double qp meal and it tasted like someone poured an ounce of salt on the patties. Totally inedible. The pic looks like solid black pepper and salt Thanks for ruining another Friday dinner Last two visits were bad. First they refused to honor a coupon from the app because there “systems were down”, weak excuse. Then I order a double qp deluxe with extra onions on my last visit and get a single with no onions. The ticket on the bag had the correct info. I swear the kid that brought it out sarcastically said “enjoy” although maybe I was reading more into it. I contacted to complain they toss it off to the franchise owner. We’ll see if they reach out. I’ll update later. Update: the manager apologized in a form email. Thanks. I remember the days when corporate would send you a gift card when the order was messed up. Now you have to drive back, lol.

Sunday morning at literally 10:57… not a car in the drive thru or parking lot. Ordered a nugget meal – lady said “Not until 11”. I said it’s 3 minutes til 11… you want me to drive around the building and wait 3 minutes … you can’t just take my order now?” She said “Yes!” I really feel this is the problem with customer service nowadays… 3 minutes… is that big a deal with a chicken McNugget? Crazy.

Horrible place to eat. They need to pay attention to the orders. The most recent time and the time before that I asked for extra salt on my fries but got no extra salt. The most recent time I went which was today I had asked for extra salt and got none and on top of that my fries were cold. I was running late for work by the time I got my food so I didn’t have time to go in and complain. I don’t know the name of the lady that took my order but she was extremely rude and it took them about 15 minutes before I finally got to order from the drive thru. I would also recommend checking your order before u leave the drive thru or dine in as they also have a tendency to mess up orders. Some of there employees also seem to be high as a kite whenever me and my sister come in. Some of the managers also need to check their attitude before dealing with up upset customers.
