Went here because my teens wanted McDonald’s and quickly realized why we don’t go to this location anymore. We order a 6 pc nugget meal, a cheeseburger with no onion no pickle a McChicken sandwhich Fries and a chocolate shake. We received this shake at window without a care in the world this was handed to us this way. Had to ask fir napkins to clean off myself. We got our food and went home. Quickly realized that we were missing food and our number gets and fries were hard as a rock after we asked specifically to make fresh when we ordered.

If i wanted to wait the or had that much time i would have gone to a sit down restaurant. Worst customer service at a McDonald’s ever, the lady said order when you’re ready and then she didn’t answer so I simply said “hello” about a minute after ordering and she rudely answered “there is no need to yell I’ll be right with you” even though I was in no way yelling. Wish I could say her name but she was too chicken and had someone else at the window when I pulled up. Then they had me waiting 10 minutes on cookies because they had to make a new batch but they could have told me that beforehand and I would have ordered something else. By far worst McDonald’s I ever encountered and extremely rude employee go to the McDonald’s at 54 and 41 instead they are much better

This place close to my job I’ve came here a couple times and I forgot how awful there service is. I even order ahead online and still watied forever to get my food. I only get so long for breaks and this place takes up my whole 30 min break and that’s saying alot cause my job is 2 mins from this location. They messed up my order as well and I didn’t realize to was back work and the food was awful. I love paying 10 dollars and over for a meal and receiving a nasty cheese burger and fries. I won’t be visiting this location ever again cause I now have a permanent reminder of how bad there service is. The owner needs to shape up his employees especially the ones at night.
