Was craving a simple regular hamburger with mustard and onions so pulled into McD’s drive thru expecting a quick and simple transaction. They Got my simple hamburger wrong 3 times then an older African American woman came over and yelled “get that food back” as if I was trying to get free food by returning the burger. I simply ordered mustard and onions only- received ketchup , then ketchup and onions, then ketchup and pickles. They made me pull forward and when I finally received my simple little burger it looked like it had been sitting in the hot sun for 4 days. With a 2.9 rating I’m guessing that the franchise owners couldn’t care less that these employees are incompetent. In a crazy world a simple thing like a hamburger from your childhood can brighten your day-but you’ll have to go elsewhere for that

Was on vacation at Madeira Beach and went to this McDonald’s multiple times. The employees were the rudest I’ve ever encountered. They didn’t use common courtesy. Zero smiles, zero interaction. Of our 4 trips there during our vacation, only one employee spoke to us and used simple manners (50 ish woman). The managers here need to reign in their stuff. Stop raining on others parade. A simple smile, a “Good morning!”, a “Have a nice day.” goes a long way.

7pm on a Saturday and they will not let us dine in. We took the boat and could not “go thru the drive thru” as we were instructed by the rude employee who finally opened the door. We saw others dining inside so we assumed the door was locked accidentally.

I put in a moble order at 12:19pm. It’s 12:43pm and we still have not received our food. The service at this location is terrible. I called and the girl that answered the phone said they’re waiting on fresh nuggets, I’m sure it doesn’t take 20min to fry nuggets. 12:45pm and our food was brought out.

Horrible food, spent $40 on 2 Big Macs, 2 quarter pounders, 20 nuggets, and 2 large fries. Food took 15 minutes and when we got home it’s disgusting! This is the second time this store has done this and it’s pathetic. And of course they are closed when you try to call and tell them, and the manager is gone for the evening. Just pathetic if I could give 0 stars I would.

first we used app and accidently selected pickup at counter. We went thru drive thru and told them our code and they said we had to come in and get it they couldn’t hand it thru window. We parked to come in and a lady I assume is an employee pulls up next to us in a van and said that we cannot park there it was for employees only. No sign or anything and why would employee parking be closer than public parking… She was rude as can be.. got out of her van grabbed her toddler and proceeded to go in walk around in the kitchen .. grabbed a few fries in her hands and started handing them to her child.. also got a cookie and began eating it and handing to the child as well. All this is going on in the kitchen while people are standing waiting to be acknowledged at the customer counter. Employees just hanging out talking to her. Appeared to be maybe a supervisor or something. VERY RUDE LADY. Also burger and fries both were not even luke warm.
