I always order from the app to get better deals. Usually go through drive thru but it was pretty long lines. Did the curbside instead. My order was brought out quickly. There was a murder of crows in the parking lot so I threw them some bun from my sandwich.

Disorganized, slow, filthy. There is supposed to be table service but there is not. Good took forever. Butter literally frozen. No ice in the drink dispenser. Tables and bathrooms filthy. All I hear is confusion in the kitchen, no one is sure what is happening. Won’t return.

I come here quite often always going through the drive though early morning. All of the cashiers are usually very nice but there is one in particular who goes above and beyond. Matt is so friendly and accommodating I make it a point to go to this location rather than the other 3 I pass on my way home. He truly deserves some recognition for being such a delight so early in the am.

If I could give zero stars I would. No matter what day or time I visit I’m guaranteed a bad time. There is never a greeting when we walk in. If I am paying in cash, I always have to stand at the register for at least 5 min while everyone gathered in the drive thru stares without saying anything until someone finally makes their way over to take the order. If I use the kiosk, again the order just sits there for a while until an employee finally decides it’s worthy of being made. Food takes forever no matter what is ordered because the entire staff is either chatting or arguing by the drive thru window. Even management is participating in this. Food is wrong if anything besides 1 thing is ordered. Most of the time it’s cold or undercooked. The tables are always sticky or just dirty with leftover garbage. The bathrooms are never clean and the staff is just extremely unfriendly. I’ve witnessed the people making food making fun of customers loud enough to hear.

Okay so we probably shouldn’t eat McDonald’s anyways let’s be honest. But last night I got McDonald’s with 2 others and it was so bad.. the burgers Legit looked like someone stomped on them.. and everything looked super old. The lettuce on my mcchicken was literally brown. I was disgusted. And McDonald’s is normally my guilty pleasure. This McDonald’s should be ashamed. If you wouldn’t eat it, then you shouldn’t serve it either. Rule of thumb. We all tried to eat our food but ended up tossing it in the trash because we all agreed we were almost scared to eat it fearing if someone did something to it… we’ve all seen the viral videos of employees doing nasty things and I’m telling you the way this food looked we felt it was contaminated. Long rant but avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

I eat here every now in then, sice it’s close to my house.. it gets busy in the afternoon, but it closes at midnight… As of the service it’s an up/down when certain manager are working, but eating in side you hear certain manager are rude to the employees.. an it’s an awkward feeling… But it McDonald’s love the food. I order my food from the inside to take the food home so I don’t have to hear the nonsense..

Cant ever say I’ve had a great experience at any McDonalds franchise. But this one in particular has the rudest employees, they short change and gate keep everything like the fries and sauces, and when you ask them to properly gill or remake something they try to make you repay for the item instead of refunding you or just being courteous the their clientele. Not like this review will do anything or stop most from going here but you’ve been warned.

The worst service ever! I tried to give this location many opportunities however each time there was an issue. The convenience of curbside ordering is so that you don’t have to go in. The last 4x of coming here at different times, the staff seems to forget about the curbside order to the point I had to come in to get my order. Today after going inside to get my order because 15 min had already gone by, no one in the drive through mind you, mi had to ask for my order. It’s not like it was a different order, it was an iced coffee and a cheeseburger. Once I pulled away and opened my cheeseburger and took a bite, they put bacon on my cheeseburger and I never asked for it! What if I was allergic to pork? Please give this store some extra training ! Very disappointed.
