After paying for my order they advised they didn’t have everything I ordered and then proceeded to offer the cheapest items as substitute of main purchased items. The oatmeal was not done correctly and “Manager” BRANDON had the nerves to come to my table and get confrontational about an oatmeal few minutes after a young lady had already come by and assisted me. He was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, PLACE IS NOT CLEAN, I HAD TO CLEAN MY TABLE AND THE CLEANING GUY WAS UPSET TOO BECAUSE I BROUGHT IT TO HIS ATTENTION ! WORST MCDONALD I EVER BEEN TO ! ‍♀️ FRANCHISEES YOUR MANAGEMENT NEEDS MORE TRAINING !!! NOT EVERYONE DESERVE THE POSITION OF MANAGER !! I stop by to eat and get a little bit of a rest after been driving for a couple of hours, is 9pm base the online store hours they should close at 10pm and the door was locked and they didn’t let me in because they are short and they are having a good time doing nothing inside, what a service for this franchise I will never come back and I encourage to the management to check what is going on with the workers.

This McDonalds is the closest to my house. When they are on top of it, they are awesome. However, if they pull you up to wait for food, beware. I’ve been asked to do this numerous times. They will clear your order off the board but NEVER actually bring it to you. I’ve had to call into the restaurant to remind them I’m sitting there waiting for food.

This is by far the worst McDonalds i’ve been too. I used mobile order 12 minutes ahead of time before arriving at the numbered lane where i waited 20 minutes before i had to go inside and tell them i was here at the spot. This guy was just carrying my bags around like he had no idea what he was doing. He told me he was fixing to bring it out to my car but my drinks weren’t even ready!! Whoever is running that mcdonald’s needs to be audited. Any other mcdonald’s i can wait 5 minutes and my food will be ready. This is the 2nd time for me at this location and very well my last until i see the ratings actually above 4 stars. Take the time to go to any other mcdonald’s other than this one, best advice i can give everyone.

The worst McDonald’s ever. I decided to give this location another try. I won’t ever be back. I ordered and payed through the app. About 10 minutes after I pulled into a mobile order pickup spot, a manager sent a young lady out to tell me it would be 15-20 more minutes till my food is ready. A couple of minutes later the young lady came back out and said they don’t have any bacon or chicken. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and a crispy chicken biscuit. A manager finally came out. This location should be closed permanently.
