Had to make two trips back to get the order right. 1st order included cheese when we specifically requested no cheese. The second order included a burnt muffin. The managers attitude was horrible and he acted as if he was doing us a favor by replacing the muffin twice. They don’t understand the concept of getting it right the first time or at least the second time. Who’s doing quality control and what happened to customer service? Do better!!!!!

Ordered on the app, simply told the speaker in the drive-thru we had a mobile order. They did not ask for our code, but asked for us to move forward. We have been told to park in one of their reserved parking spots. Everytime the “runner” brings us food, it’s not our order. It has been almost 20 minutes since we ordered. He literally had to ask for our receipt because they did not know the order anymore, I guess.

If I could leave a poorer review I would. I showed up at 10:10 on a Friday night. I went through the drive thru and was met with no response. I pulled into a parking spot and tried to go inside only to find the doors were locked. Despite the sign on the door clearly stating that they closed at 11pm on friday nights. I decided to place a mobile order instead. I placed the order at 10:22 and no one showed. I went to try the door again, I stood and knocked on the door for several minutes. I saw people was ok by and pretend not to see me. $10 down the drain.

They are always running slow and behind. Lots of times if you get a large order when you get down the road you find out that it’s wrong. There’s a couple young white girls in there that are always playing games and flirting with two of the black male employees. The different races are not an issue at all just trying to identify who it is and it’s disrupting the environment and productivity. Two of them have been seeing coming out of the office together while the restaurant was busy with abnormal looks about them

McDonald’s breakfast is the best choice for fast food. Get there before 10:30 am. Otherwise, no breakfast for you! Even if there is something available around that time, you don’t want to get it . McDonald’s is only good fresh, especially their bacon egg and cheese biscuits or any biscuits, for that matter unless you want to eat a hard lamp heated biscuit.

Plenty of staff…male manager literally yelling loudly random orders of what he needs throughout my visit…filthy tables…order at the kiosk and my MISSING food that was asked for was just left at the front register….no one brought it to me or apologized. Obviously a intense conversation regarding a bluetooth speaker, that seem to be far more important than their job. (When did “Crocs” become the new industry standard for “Non- slip” footwear. Management (Salaried) needs to seriously get involved with training and proper restaurant etiquette with this shift and the shift leads!
