Lady in front of me returned her big Mac sandwich and Melissa that works their put it in my bag instead of throwing it away. I had to tell Melissa that I was not going to eat it and wanted a different big Mac because I saw the lady open it up and saw her put it in my bag. I had to get the cook to make me a new one and Melissa just walked away because she knew she got caught. Melissa also did not wash her hands after touching money and then grabbing food. This is dirty and disgusting they need to know cleanliness.

This place was absolutely horrible after several times of going in there and getting cold food I went in they’re one afternoon trying to get a McDouble when I got it it was cold so I asked for a manager he was wondering around in there like he does not know nothing it’s going on as if he was dizzy or something so I asked for a refund told him what my order was he walks over to the register and he tells me I do not need all of this attitude I have said nothing else other than I want a refund then I looked at him and I said all I want is a refund and I will be on my way then he asked me why do you have to my life a mortal hell I had one witness who was with me and I called the owners this is what I was told about a week later after talking to the lady who answers the phone at the owners she said that the supervisor over that store would be calling me all he said is that it was an internal investigation he cannot tell me anything about what the term determination or judgment was on my complaint so I asked him will I be seeing the same manager and another girl who refused to give me the office number would be working there if I went back in there he said yes then I called the owners again and I told them about what I was told by their supervisors these two individuals do not need to leave working at that store that you’re not have the personality for retail or restaurant food they told me that the same two individuals will be working in there if I go in there again I want to let everyone know around the mulberry area or if you stop at the McDonald’s in Mulberry after it gets rebuilt this is the kind of treatment that you will receive if you have a problem with your order I tried to talk to the owners it does no good I have heard nothing from them just remember this is the way that you are treated and think about the way that your food is whenever you get it

So anytime I leave my house and pass by this location I have to stop to get my wife a sweet tea. The issue is I hate going due to long lines. Today I went there at around 1:30. I was so excited due to there was no line. So I pulled up to drive through waited a few minutes and a girl said I’ll be right with you. After waiting about 5 mins I left. Look I get it when it’s busy but no one was in the line at all. I guess the reason why no one was there is they are receiving the same type of service.

Perhaps a bad day for crew member? Cold coffee, wrong order- not sure what the issue was. I’m not a fast food person however my husband is & he was disappointed with the missing items and completely messed up order. However, given the current state of the world-we are happy to have the opportunity for food to be delivered; even though it’s wrong order the hope is that perhaps something will happen to get IT right. At least the coffee please!

Very unsatisfied with there customer service starting with there worker and manager. I ordered there special It was buy one get 1 for a dollar I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder. And they overcharged me and when I had ask why was I overcharged the manager very rudely said don’t tell me what to do So I asked for a refund for everything and took my business somewhere else..Will not be visiting this Mc Donalds
