Recently checked out this new McDonald’s as there isn’t much in the way of late night food in Lakewood Ranch. The restaurant was clean (it’s brand new), and comfortable inside with a modern design. You order and pay at self-serve kiosks, love it or hate it. The food is then brought to you at your table. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years but this is new to me. The food is standard McDonald’s items/quality, make of that what you will.

I don’t think this place even deserves 1 star! Literally the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! The employees won’t even acknowledge that you’re there, they just look at you and walk away! You have to whistle, yell and say “Hello???? Excuse Me??? Miss???” All while waving your hands in the air! This includes for the manager, Ugh I’ve never seen anything like it. The owner and management should be embarrassed and ashamed to even open this store every morning! They need a complete overhaul of staff. I will NEVER be back to this McDonald’s. Horribly run

Might be the least consistent McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Orders are never right, food is rarely hot. You can order two number 1s with cokes and have no flipping idea what you will get. I’d say 1 or 2 orders out of 5 are correct. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Problems with our order with missing items. Cold burgers again. Kids fries were completely cold. It’s all by screen, so no staff at front which means every time you need something you have to wait a long time to get noticed. The assistance buttons aren’t answered. No paper in receipt dispenser. No water or soda machine. No spoons given for our ice creams. No hellos. No smiles. I’ve tried to like this location but consistently poor.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to eat, McDonald’s is the restaurant for you. However, the food is incredible, and the staff does their best with the limited number of employees. I really recommend in Lakewood Ranch.

Mr. Rodrigez franchise owner for this establishment needs to know about the food and service at this Mc Donalds. We took our family there today for the first time for lunch we live close to it. I ordered a hash brown and an egg McMuffin in the drive-thru, of course you can’t understand the amount owed at the end. Paid for my order then when I got to the window to pickup I was given money back because the girl rang up a scrambled egg, which I did not order. When I got home I had the hash brown but there was only an English muffin plain. Nothing in it, which was supposed to be an egg McMuffin. There is no way to contact them.
