I do not understand how the male supervisor with green locs who is working right now, still has a job. This is the second time I came to me and my children were mistreated at this location. Even writing this trying to remain professional is extremely hard. I went through the drive through on each occasion. He was rolling his eyes, condescending, disrespectful, disregarded my concern, slammed and locked the windows while I was talking… I walk inside to get an upper management personnel and her name was Roseline. When I asked her if she was above the side in the picture, she threw her arm out and said what happened. She walked away and disregarded my concern. There was a African guy with a coat on in the food are passed me the sauce and told me it was not his job to do so.. this location need to re think who they have working for them every last one of them!!!

This is a pretty automated McDonald’s. Probably one of the most automated ones I’ve come across. Many of the customers went strait to the devices shown to enter their order and just stood near the pick up counter for their order. I felt the process was still a bit slow given that the emphasis is for automation though. Plus the area to stand was congested since it’s the aisle to walk to the counter. The food was fresh though and well prepared. Recommended if you don’t mind the slightly longer wait and automation focus.

Worse experience of my life. The manager herself on shift was rude and misunderstanding. I am a woman with autism spectrum disorder. I suffer with autism and she did help me or understand me correctly. She kept triggering me. I believe her name was Maria or started with a M. All I wanted was to buy a simple happy meal with my 6000 points. When I asked for help to get assisted I was treated poorly. ihave worked other corporate McDonald’s before but it was too much for me to handle and I was treated poorly by my manager in previous employment. I would never take your family members or friends who have autism here. You will get treated very poorly.

A disappointing visit. We ordered using the kiosk since no one was manning the counter cash register. We waited over 20 minutes for 3 standard combo meals and no one else was inside the restaurant. The people working in the back only worked on drive thru orders. While waiting, we watched as they cleared our order off the monitor without having served it. At that point, I asked one of the employees why our order was cleared and he responded that he didn’t realize it hadn’t been served. We were the only people in the restaurant and we were clearly waiting at the counter for something, whether it was food or a condament or napkins and they never even bothered to ask what we needed or what we were waiting for. The staff completely ignored us until we asked why our order was cleared without getting anything. They did make our order fresh once we asked for it, which is why I gave more that 1 star for the food. We would not return to this location.

Food was fine. But, when we came a large family were at the cash taking kiosks so we used a regular kiosk and waited to pay cash at the register. When the manager came to take cash they gave a look like we were crazy then said you “you know we have a cash kiosk?”, to which I responded that people are at it. It wasn’t overly rude, but execution was totally annoyed at us the customer. Hope it’s not like that next time we visit.

Pulled up to the drive-thru in 2 separate ocasions, I asked if they had a specific frozen drink flavor, and they said yes. After paying, I pulled up to the pick-up window, and I got the news that they didn’t have the flavor I requested! My son was mad!!
