Just went through the drive thru at the Valleydale location. Waited a few minutes for a spicy crispy sandwich. Didn’t think anything of it. Drove the five minutes home. All the fries were cold. Nuggets were kind of warm but the sandwich I was told I was waiting for was not warm. Never had a problem at this location before. Should of been warm when I got home. Nothing must of been freshly made.

All the lights were off at 8 pm on a Saturday night to make the restaurant appear to be closed. When we entered inside, we were not greeted but instead we saw an employee propped up over the fryer and eating fries with his bare hands! We were disgusted and decided to go eat else where.
