Stay away!!! If I can help anyone avoid this place please listen! We were here for 45 minutes stuck in the drive through and they simply do not care about moving the line. They were out of half of what we ordered and didn’t give us our fries. It was the WORST. Also, the lobby is “closed” with a paper sign that apparently doesn’t apply to their friends. Do not stop here.

The only thing I could say is they were open. Went through the drive up and ordered 2 sausage biscuits, hashbrown, and 2 drinks. We were told to pull up and WAITED 30 MINUTES. My husband had to go inside. They didn’t even have our order in the system anymore. He had to show them the receipt.

Kandis or Candice who claimed was a manager refused to honor a loyalty benefit manually even though the app stated to give code at counter or kiosk. She was too busy counting an empty cash register drawer to help customers. Did eat three or four times a week (breakfast) but won’t go back. How McDonald’s hire such an uncaring and rude hateful manager just shows customer services has died in the US

Terrible experience from the start. Drive through had sign that read pull to first window. After sitting behind another vehicle for almost 5 minutes, no one was helping them so I went inside. Employees were loud and acting crazy with each other. Felt like a frat party. Places my order and although foor came fairly quickly, once I got back to car and pulled off, my wife got food out and fries were room temperature and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. McChicken sandwich also tasted as it had been sitting out for a long period of time. Oddly enough the wife’s double cheeseburger was hot and fresh. Oddly enough, this has become the norm at most fast food restaurants theae days.

Someone spent good money to print a big window banner stating “Dining room is now open.” 0630 on 8/21/21. Lobby is NOT open. Your restaurant is across the street from 2 truck stops. Big trucks can’t go through the drive thru. I hope your sales reflect the consideration you have for potential customers.
