I’ve been going here for years because it’s on my route to work. I haven’t really had problems, other than staff being rude. Today I made a mobile order, as usual, and picked it up. All cashiers and workers looked no older than 15. I was really hungry so I didn’t notice that my burger was raw until halfway through. It is hot pink in the center and now my weekend will be ruined with food poisoning. Guess that’s what happens when you hire children. Won’t be coming back ever again.

The team doesn’t seem very friendly but they get your food out and fresh. So I’ll take fresh food over fake smiles any day. The only issue was the Big Mac didn’t have extra sauce at least that’s what the person who was eating it said. Everything else was good and fresh. It was also clean in the restaurant. My ice coffee was delish.

The restaurant looked cleaned and it’s close by my house so I wanted to try it out. Everything was fine but the cashier sucked. I don’t know her name (because none of the employees were wearing name tags) but she was chewing food with her mouth open while talking to us. She was rude and impatient and just flung our food at us. Won’t come back

They need a whole new policy need to have beepers for ice cream machine so if it’s not cleaned it beeps so it won’t have mold, food need to be cooked as order so food will not be cold instead of wasting product, new policy u must have money and order ready so it will bring arguments down for customer and worker. Workers need to be clean no filth in there nails and hair needs to be groomed if not the need to go home for the day they need to have more camera um the need to have rewards program for hard workers and there ice cream is bland need to be revamped. Less ketchup packets more other new sauces and more ethnicity.

This McDonald’s is pretty good. I have never had a problem with its food and it has always tasted good too! The only reason to rate it any less than 5 starts would be how long it can take to go through the drive through. The wait time is still not as bad as some of the other places in Florence, so I believe it deserves a 5 star rating.
