Food was good, but we asked for extra salt and ketchup multiple times, but they ended up giving it to the person in front of us… So sad they can’t even get that right, I feel bad for them. Definitely not the best McDonald’s ever… DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I payed with cash and the kiosk did not give us a receipt, and I didnt get to see the order number before it went away, so I had to ask for it. The order took forever from the inside, but orders from the drive through were constantly being fullfilled. Once I made it home to eat, my spicy chicken sandwich barely had a tsp of sauce. The lady before me had the same issue.

I’ve had nothing but great service. Our order is always correct and FRESH. Employees are friendly. The other reviews are extremely disappointing to see and I feel inaccurate at best. It is still a very new McDonald’s and I’m sure they are still working out kinks. Either way, it still far exceeds other McDonald’s in the area.

Have been here a few times since it opened. It is clean for now and the service is good. I have been for breakfast as well as dinner and went inside. Both times the food came out quickly and was correct. Would recommend you check it out if you are looking for a good quick and cheap bite to eat.

Lot of negative reviews here. Not sure if this place has even been open a month yet. Came here at 11:31, immediately placed an order. Paid at 11:36 ,food in hand at 1137. There were about ten cars when I come through. I feel like they did skimp on the fries, but other than that the order is correct and everything fresh and hot. People were nice. No complaints other than fry quantity.

This place needs new management already. The Drive-thru service was atrocious!! I had a Mobile order and i had to wait 15 minutes to get oatmeal and burritos only to get home and find they didn’t make it right. I didn’t want sauce with the burritos and the bag is full of sauces. The oatmeal comes with raisins and apples. They forget to give me raisins. This shows, they don’t care and are not paying attention.

This is the newest McDonalds around, and it is by far the worst I have ever had. 30 minute wait for cold nuggets. Staff is rude and ignores requests for assistance. New dining area layout is just wrong. BK gets my $ from now on.

Placed mobile order and waited outside for 25 minutes before going inside to see three workers arguing over who was gonna bring the food outside. They didn’t even notice me for any entire three minutes. I had my food remade and didn’t get a refund because I was exhausted and didn’t want to go home and cook. I’ll never eat there again.

Review rating makes complete sense! Expectations for fast food are simple and low, however one should be able to expect at a minimum; lukewarm food or correct quantity. You only had to count to 3! Food wrong, quantity of food, and unable to follow simple instructions, just wow. Whoever put our meal together, darling you will never succeed in anything in life. Your work ethic will take you to NOWHERE! Whoever raised you failed you miserably, hope you will be able to correct it at some point and won’t be a complete loser all your life in fast food! Here’s guidance: Whatever you do, do it at your best! Somebody is always watching. Requesting $15 an hour, yet overwhelming by reading and following simple instructions and counting to 3! Management failure at its best!
