This is the worst McDonald’s in this part if America, and evidently the franchise doesn’t care enough to do anything about it. I am used to the ice cream machine being down everytime I go, but this morning at 7 a.m. the drink machine was as she put it at the drive thru, ” down because the drinks are coming out like syrup”. I chuckled and left because I only stopped here because I only wanted a soda so I figured, surly they could get that right, but I was wrong again! Something needs to be done!

I made an online purchase and pulled up to the drive-through, I tell her my ticket number After she asked If I was ready to place an order. I give her my ticket number and she doesn’t even acknowledge me speaking For close to a minute and a half, Then finally tells me to pull to the 2nd window. I pull up there and the 1st thing she says Was “You know you’re gonna have to wait 3 minutes for your chicken sandwich right?” I told her it was no problem. After she shuts the window I hear her say “well you ain’t gonna be happy” Which at 1st I thought she was talking to an employee. So after close to 10 minutes, I started getting a little antsy and I was ready for my food Which was one crispy chicken sandwich A few salt packets, and a few ketchup packets. I get down the road a little way and grab my sandwich the bread was soggy because it was filled with grease From the fryer. I looked between the 2 pieces of bread at the chicken and it was dark Brown almost The color of chocolate This manager lady knowingly Gave me a chicken sandwich that she fried in burnt grease and I couldn’t even eat it go to get my fries and have no ketchup or salt which was on my ticket order. All around a very unpleasant stop for food at 10 pm and a complete waste of money. Someone like her should never be in management.

Employee blew snot out of his nose and wiped the rest of of his face with his hands. Went straight to the counter and took orders and handed out food and drinks and never washed his hands. When I told the manager she started making excuses and asked him to help them in the kitchen! She said there are sinks back there where he can wash his hands. Awful management and disgusting, unsanitary behavior. The store was a mess also. Trash all over the drink area and old tea. Fries where cold but the burger wasn’t bad. The employee in question never touched food while I was in there, just bags and cups but he was about to when I was leaving. Eat at your own risk.
