The food was typical McDonald’s. Service was quick, and accurate for my little girls. But the gentleman Zac at the counter taking orders was such a delight to interact with. He showed a lot of patience with my daughters when they all requested to trade out their happy meal toys for something specific. They’d come one by one to ask him, and he showed them fantastic patience and kindness. Digging through the pile of toys looking for the exact one each were wanting. All while placing orders, keeping the lobby clean, and bagging/traying people’s orders. He was always keeping himself busy to improve the customers experience, and that’s such a great sign of character. He made their days.
