Spent $10 on coffee and ice latte for it to be trash? Employees trash, they need retraining… they wanna argue and argue with me about a large EXTRA ESPRESSO SHOT, EXTRA CARAMEL AND EXTRA WHIP CREAM fitting in their regular large Ice coffee cups…. Once I explained that it all wouldn’t fit they agreed but continue to say they don’t do that there at their franchise!! We drive for a living across America and THIS IS WORST DUMBEST MCDONALD’S EVER? Even the hot coffee was cold shut this place down!!!

Very poor experience of the food. The lady serving was nice enough but the burger was bad. Ordered a Big Mac and got 2 tiny little burger patties in a normal sized bun. I questioned whether they were correct or if they’d made a mistake with the mini burger patties and was told it was correct. Very unsatisfactory experience. Nothing very big about this Big Mac.

One of the cleanest lobbies and fastest service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Used the self service kiosk to order and no sooner than my payment cleared my combo was delivered hot. I hardly had time to fill my drink all the way up.

So this is about the third or fourth time that I’ve been to this McDonald’s, which is advertised to be open 24 hours a day, and there are always employees cars in the parking lot and employees at the store, yet the store is not open. Yet again the store is not open. I don’t know if the owner knows what’s going on but they close the store whenever they want late at night to early in the morning it seems like everyday. If you’re not going to be open 24 hours quit advertising that you are open 24 hours that’s ridiculous! I’ll never go there again

I don’t know how you can give a McDonald’s 5 stars. The store on Broadway in Nashville tends to have slow service and can have a long wait, especially the drive through. I didn’t go inside, so can’t say anything about that like cleanliness of the store/bathrooms. But the drive through was very slow and had a long line of cars.

This was my first restaurant visit in the city of Nashville. I actually walked about a mile from the central part of the city, because I have time and I wanted to explore some of Nashville by walking. I have an appointment here in the city later on in the afternoon. The first thing that caught my attention is that they do not have the self-ordering kiosks that are commonplace back in DC. For this reason, there was a slow line of 5 people just waiting to place their order with the sole Cashier. Secondly the bathroom was disgusting. I had to posture my body to use the toilet so as not to step in a pond of urine. Thirdly Naomi was the Employee who took my order. She was super friendly with all of the customers in front of me, and she was able to deal with me as well. I wanted to order the 2 Big Mac promotion but it was still a little early. Naomi told me she would check with the kitchen to make my order happen. She was great by all standards, but unfortunately the restaurant itself received low marks from me.
