This past Friday, (03/24/2023 at 06:21pm) we ordered our food and when we got it, it came back wrong. NO BIG DEAL! But when we went up and told the cashier, she went to let a manager know, and he was SOOOOOO rude to the cashier. He raised his voice telling her that “she must have pushed a wrong button because none of them messed up our order”… all kinds of negative, un-manager-like feedback! (For the record, my receipt CLEARLY showed that she put our orders in CORRECTLY, so the mistake was NOT on the young woman!!)

Order cheeseburgers with NO PICKLE NO KETCHUP, they even have it on the tickets taped to each burger. Low and behold, they both have ketchup and pickle. I don’t notice until I’m back home, it’s bedtime. I’m not going back tonight. They are nice here and friendly. This is one of the better mcdonalds in the area. Recently renovated. Sometimes the line is all the way into the road during lunch and dinner. They aren’t slow at all, it just gets busy during these times. Dining room is closed due to covid at the moment. I ordered a burger and they forgot to put the meat on it on it today, lol. its no big deal, I just think it was funny. They were very nice about it and quickly gave me a replacement burger.

Literally are always out of something whether it’s drinks, cups, cup holders, chicken, meat or whatever and it’s unacceptable. Number 1 fast food restaurant in the world and this one is the least maintained and kept up restaurant I’ve ever been in and it needs to be checked on by management or shut down because I’ve never been able to go to somewhere multiple times a week and then always mess something up . Just unbelievably poor service and management. I will Absolutely just eat gravel before I go back here for food and have rude people who don’t know how to work or do anything make my food.

My husband and I get coffee and breakfast at this McDonald’s every morning and have been for the past 2 yrs. We love the coffee and breakfast food, but lately the lobby has been closed every Sunday morning even as late as 6:45am when the hours posted on the door say that the lobby opens at 5:am. And it is always the same manager working and she will not open the door even when there are customers waiting outside and today was no different and when I called on the phone she still would not open the door and just ignored us. She should at least tell us something or put a sign on the door. She has even put garbage cans in front of doors to block people just in case!! I have had several encounters with this manager due to wrong order or missing food and she was always rude and argued with me as if I was just trying to get free food. Thankfully there are other employees that are great- Brianna, Maria, Lucy, and Phillip!! They always greet me with a smile and make sure that my order is correct and my coffee is hot! And if not for their excellent customer service my husband and I would not come here anymore!
