Ate in. Asked for cup for three year old child to drink apple juice. Wanted to charge $1.50 for small cup. Said he had to drink it out of the box. Said the OWNER set the rules. Tables were dirty. Fries were cold. Had to get fresh ones. Got Happy Meal. Had to ask for toy. Only redeeming thing was that the three year old left a different favorite toy that he brought in on the table. We went back hoping it was still on the table. They did save it.

Breakfast is always shut down before 10:30 I live not far and would love to have a good McDonald’s to take my family to eat every now and then. But due to not being clean me and my family cannot eat their have to drive to Lovell road to get good quality. Just would like to have a good quality competent McDonald’s to be able to eat at near me. And not have to have an excuse for lack of leadership or management.

I’ve never written a negative comment about any place but whoever was working the speaker today when I went was so incredibly rude. I accidentally called something a combo when apparently it wasn’t a thing and the way she stated it was by yelling at me through the speaker with a strong attitude so I just said never mind and left mid order. Not to mention she took forever to even come up on the speaker for anyone there and I heard her also get an attitude with someone before me on the other speaker.

I did a mobile order, however when I drive all the way to the restaurant to pick up my order at drive through, the lady said their system had issue and cannot give me my order. And the lady’ service attitude is rude and unapologetic. I was upset about this. It is a bad experience at this McDonald. I want to file a complaint to their manager.
