I purchased two cheeseburgers. I found a hair stuck underneath one of the wrapper folds and I was pretty grossed out. I know that sometimes hairs make their way into food and I told myself it wasn’t a big deal. I decided to plough forward. I continued to unwrap my burger and when I took a bite I felt my tongue press against a second long strand of hair. I felt like throwing up. The whole meal is now in the garbage.

Anytime I try and eat here I am so disappointed. The nuggets are always stale and cold and taste like eating cardboard. I dare someone to take pride in there job and serve fresh food. Also you must always check your food because half the time they will get it wrong or it will be missing something.

Really liked how the place is decorated. Not the standard McDonalds. Food was good. Folks were nice.

They couldn’t understand my order at the drive-thru, got my order wrong twice, had no communication between the employees and went through the drive-thru in 30 minutes because of it. Once we finally got our food, the hash browns were inedible and hard as a rock and the drinks were wrong. Do not recommend this McDonald’s, they never get our order right and the quality is terrible.

The store people looked at me stupid with a deer in a headlight look. Not wanting to come to the cash register with no wait inside. The blonde employee was looked dead in the eye three times and walked away without even saying a word. The Farragut location by the high school keeps getting worse each year.

I’ve been coming to this location for a little while (it’s convenient to where I live) and it’s passable for a McDonald’s. Today was my last time visiting. Apparently they were understaffed (they have been for quite some time) and had decided to close the lobby. The Taco Bell down the way does this a lot too, presumably for the same staffing reasons. The problem was that there were already people in the dining room after they decided to close the lobby. When I walked up someone else was walking out and I thought nothing of it. Used the self-serve kiosk like normal (they don’t usually screw up my order when I punch it in myself, as they have in the past at the counter) and got my food like normal. It all seemed fine. But then someone came out from the kitchen and started yelling at customers that the lobby was closed and to not let anyone in. Another would-be customer rightly called her out and said that since there’s no sign on the door, and people (like me) are sitting and eating, how are they to know. If you need to have the dining room closed, you need a sign on the door. Period. Yelling at customers is never appropriate, no matter how frustrated you may be. I’ll drive a couple more miles to another store in the future to avoid this one (you probably should too).

This was my 2nd and last visit to this location. This was the nastiest mcdonalds i think i have ever encountered. Please refer to the pictures. The bathrooms were nasty, none of the tables had been wiped off and there was literally ketchup , mustard and food all in the floor everywhere. The lady upfront was beyond rude. They gave me 2 apple pies that were old and nasty so i waited 12 minutes for fresh and they were not much better. Insides were pasty and outside was overcooked and the apples were hard as a rock. When i gave them back they let the old ones sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before someone threw them away and a child tried to grab it and eat it during that time. This mcdonalds hasnt been updated like most of them and i can see why. Would recommend driving 10mins further to go to a different mcdonalds. It was also so cold in there you couldnt stand to sit in there and eat your food. Had the air running with it 42 degrees outside.
