Possibly the worst food I ever had from McDonald’s. My wife had a classic chicken sandwich, it was anorexic and over cooked. She had asked for special sauce and it looked like they squirted from four feet away. My Big Mac was chewy and the bun seemed stale and the fries were barely warm and a bit soggy. I won’t eat there again. I only wish they had a zero ⭐ to choose.

Saw there was only 3 cars in drive thru, thought it would a good time to grab a quick lunch. Ordered a 10 nugget, med fry, and sweet tea. Got to the window with nobody behind me and when the gentleman at the window went to hand me a big bag of food, we both knew immediately it was the wrong order. I was asked to pull forward ans that they would make my order. After waiting 23 minutes and 4 other people got their food and left. I went inside and asked about my order. I was told it still wasn’t made yet. The manger approached and asked what me what the problem was. I stated that I either need my food or a refund because my 30 minute lunch was already up. She told me that there was only 4 people working there and that I was being rude. She stated ” Can’t you see the line all the way around the building.” There was no line when at the time I had got to the window. Another employee said that my order had got bumped and it was never brought to me. I had to leave so I could get back to work on time and I paid $9.43 of my hard earned and got nothing for it. Worst experience ever.

I rarely make a negative review but tonight is different. I come through the drive and order a Big Mac and fries meal. After my payment is taken I am asked to pull aside to wait for fries. 10 minutes later when I get my food.. I get COLD fries. It was no longer worth my time to wait for it to be fixed. The person at the window and who brought my food were both pleasant.. I was just out of time and patience.

Went to this establishment for lunch. Ordered a double quarter pounder, no onions, add bacon lettuce and tomato. Looked down at the receipt and noticed I was charged for a McDouble, plus what I added. I told the manager this was a mistake and would like it fixed. She proceeded to give me a quarter pounder, no fixins added. I was pretty much robbed. I was charged about 9 dollars for a 5 dollar sandwich. Also has endure the rude worker telling me I was lying about my order. I always order the same thing everytime. This is why I prefer the kiosks when theyre working. Funny how they all want $15 an hour and can’t even get an order right. Pathetic

I feel silly even writing a review on a McDonald’s but something has to give. It’s sad that I feel the need to drive out of town to another McDonald’s for better service which I will be doing from now on. They are always extremely slow and rude but tonight was so much worse. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a fast food place. Tonight, when I finally got up to order rather them saying “please hold” you have to say “hello?” twice or more before they finally come back with “you are going to have to hold on a minute, we are busy” and then I wait for another 15 or so minutes to never get a reply… I pulled around to the window to order and she rudely told me I had to either pull back around to place my order or come in… Every car that had been behind me that was lined out to the road had pulled off because they didn’t take their order either. I ended up not placing an order and just leaving like the other cars did, which I should have done to begin with rather than waisting so much time. Disappointed is an understatement. I will not be back unless something drastically changes which is highly doubtful

Please make it possible to give zero stars !!! This place has got to be the WORST fast food establishment I have ever encountered. My daughter went through the drive through and was told to pull forward to wait for her 30 dollars worth of food. Waited over 15 minutes then went in to see what was going on . She was told that there was no order for the things she was asking for, so she gives her receipt to the manager. The manager tells her she will have to wait for it all to be made. So my daughter asks for a refund and she looks at the receipt and tells her she has to come back the next day for that. The manager throws the receipt in the trash so my daughter asks for it and she refuses to give it to her . She comes home mad, very understandable.. so I go back to attempt to atleast get the food made. The same manager explains how my daughter was rude and disrespectful and HER manager knows they don’t put up with it . I asked her if she wouldn’t also be upset if she sat in that drive through and was told you basically never ordered. We went back and forth and she continued to reiterate that she won’t be disrespected by anyone . Someone PLEASE WIPE OUT THIS STORE AND STAFF IT WITH MATURE ADULTS . The people who live in Trenton should not have to drive to Humboldt for McDonald’s. There are plenty of other jobs people , if you don’t like the one you are doing you need to find another one !!!

This is the nastiest McDonald’s. Got there a little early for lunch, we waited not a problem. For lunch to have just started, I know my bun was OLD, the nuggets in our order wasn’t fully done. Sticky, with food everywhere, on tables, booths and the floor. Definitely will not be back to this one.
