Night time staff is absolutely ridiculous and lazy. EVERYTIME my wife and I have gone here during the night shift the fries are ALWAYS cold, burgers are pathetic and have little to no toppings on them and are luke warm at best and the staff sounds like they couldn’t care less to be there to take orders. Early afternoon/lunch time the food always comes out perfect and HOT! Would definitely recommend going here for lunch or when the sun is in the sky but stay far away after dark.

Lete start by saying the girls in drive thru hands down are great the food horrible I got a qp it was late I was starving ate half on way home got home n realized it was raw not just pink I mean raw they over salt the meat to a point I had to throw the next one out I ordered through the app next time n had to pick up at counter making me wake my 6mnth old up from a nap I even called in to see if possibly they could bring to the designated pick up for mobile orders the lady on phone informed me no id have to come inside wth come on get it together management

I will start by saying I do not visit this location very often. I have seen it twice in the last week for a job I work. I would like to point out the consistency of food ordered, as well as their personable skills. Having been to McDonald’s many times in the past, I can tell the manager of this location really strives to provide an experience more than just a drive-through or café. I would happily recommend people visit this location for their breakfast commute!

At the time I went. There was only one person at the front and she looked upset. I forgot my wallet in the car and had to go back out to get it. Then when I came back in, the manager or someone associated with higher management, came in the store and pulled the one person to one of the tables and left me standing at the front counter waiting to place my order. No one else came up to the front, then I realized that I could use the ordering kiosks to place my order. Waited for about 5 minutes my order came to the counter and I left

I’ve been to McDonald’s in Mt. Pleasant twice this week. First time I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers. I get home they are fully loaded. I went back tonight and ordered a number 1 combo at the drivethrough. Got to the pick up window, no one ever came to the window. I went into the store and finally got my food. There was a lady inside that ordered a hamburger without cheese because of allergies. She got home and cheese was on her burger. I watched people checking their items before leaving. That tells me they have got wrong orders also. I remember Mr.Bastone at the Columbia Trotwood store. The service there was great. He was a wonderful person. He would be so dissapointed in the service this store gives today.

Went for breakfast ordered 2 mcgriddle meals and lg coke, & lg coffee 10 creamer 10 sugar.. was told to pull over for fresh hashbrowns .. 12 mins later got soggy greasy undercooked hashbrowns with the eggs on the mcgriddle s brown.. Got home looked in my coffe cause it didn’t taste good. Black coffee no sugar either!! Worst experiance ever!
