Ordered a Frappe & a fry at 10:07 one car in front of me waiting on one drink. 4 very young boys working, wrestling, laughing, playing, yelling!! Finally made it to the second window, fries were cold, no straw for Frappe so I tried to get their attention but they were playing too hard! I knocked on the window, nothing. I yelled, nothing. I layed on my horn to finally get a straw!!!!! Left there at 10:27!! Bad service is an understatement!!
