My daughter got a milkshake the other day and it was like milk with no ice cream as soon as she received it. She went in and ordered so she watched them make it. They proceeded to give it to her that way with no concern. She also got fries and hands down the nastiest EVER!! I ordered 2 apple pies and a Diet Coke without ice. The pies did not have the time stickers on them. The drink was room temperature. I said something to the employee and she didn’t really seem concerned. I know the drinks are supposed to be cold even without ice.
