Relatively clean, newer shop, typical McDonald’s eats but better than usual service. The folks in this McDonald’s are nice, welcoming, and make it right for you. And they’re hiring!

I went into this location at around 6:40 pm 6/26/2023. I usually visit during the afternoon hours between 12-3 and the food is usually hot and fresh well it was not today.. I spoke with the manager and informed him that my sandwiches were cold and he said he would take care of it and then he brings out sandwiches that were still cold and my Big Mac meat was tough . Do your self a favor and don’t visit here in the evening.

Great and fast service! The people there were very nice and polite through the drive thru window. Most fast food places act poorly but not here. I even tipped the young man handing my food due to how his attitude was so welcoming and encouraging. We need more people like these guys. Also the food was hot and fresh!

This McDonald’s is trash! It makes the entire McDonald’s franchise look like a joke. I stood in line (at the speaker) at LEAST 35-40 min waiting to place an order. I watched 5 ppl go ahead of me. They may as well take the second order station away because they barely check that they was only taking orders from the first speaker/order station. Then after finally placing an order with now only 3 cars ahead. We had to wait an additional 35 mins to receive our food. Actually as I’m typing we still hadn’t received it! SMH! For this to be on a strip with other competitors this restaurant is definitely not worth the wait, go across the street to whataburger or Dairy Queen. They need to hire better management!

When we were ordering, we were interrupted several times. The guy kept asking if that will be all in the middle of us ordering. Then, another worker acted like we didn’t order a shake, when it was literally on our receipt. After that, we sit there for maybe 5 minutes, until another worker gives us our straws. As we’re in the car, I realize that my burger only has one pickle. That’s fine, but I was already disappointed enough.

With dinning rooms closed and the Ability just to focus on drive-through you would think that Service would be faster than ever. No it’s so much. Myself and three other cars set for over 20 minutes to receive breakfast items. I did watch the shift manager walk around aimlessly. Just a sidenote there was a steady stream of cars so it was not like it was the random person that just showed up out of the blue. The food and staff were pretty good so overall three start

Getwell near Goodman Rd. Lazy service. Cash only at midnight on 4/18/17. Ordered two filet-o-fish sandwiches and large order of fries. The fish was so NASTY! I had to wait for my order and I assumed it was because they were cooking my food. So I didn’t check it until I got home and this is what I received. Highly disappointed. Look at the pictures. Would you eat that? Me either. I think it was microwaved and they just guessed at the settings. So I called the store (#32557) and spoke with the manager, Renea. She apologized for the terrible food but didn’t offer to cook fresh ones. I will say the fries were good. Lesson learned for me and this McDonald’s.
