She couldn’t hear me due to a trailer parked in the parking lot so I was speaking loudly and she kept asking is that it, rising my order. I understand being busy and the unfortunate noise due to placement of the speaker in the parking lot but your attitude in the food industry and customer service goes a long way.

Today 7/1 dine in not open until 7am. Drive through is open, but I’m a truck driver, this location is in a truck stop, sure service everyone else but the truck drivers. Either open your doors all hours or at least earlier, or leave. YOU’RE IN A TRUCK STOP FOR A REASON!

I ordered fries, and that was it on the mobile app. Usually this location has the hardest time locating the orders, but not this time! When I got my fries they were hot, but again, no napkins or ketchup. The poor girl running the window looked like she was lost in another world. My husband asked for ketchup and it didn’t register to her. I told him to not worry about it and as we started to drive off she was like, “Oh, did you need some ketchup?” REALLY?? O boy! I know it’s just a condiment but it could have been anything, like the food! Everyone deserves jobs but certain people need to be place with jobs that fit what they being to the table! Cashiers and the drive thru window are the last ones people see before they are off to eat their meal, and last, first impressions count!

This is a really poorly run location. They don’t know/care how to use the drive thru mic, rude at the window, back turned to customer while talking to coworker, pass drinks to me then told to park when no one behind me. No smiles, low talking, sporting an attitude. Just bad business all around. This store needs a good manager asap.
