The frappe machine seems to always be getting cleaned no matter what time I go. I understand it’s to be cleaned but I feel it could be done at or before opening or at closing. Ordered Two fish sand w/lg fries. One light tarter and fries no salt. Heard the female Mgr call out the fries no salt. So do Fish sand now come with a 1/3 slice of chz. Fries had no salt but were luke warm at best! Fries with salt also luke warm. Are they now staging fries without salt? 2:20 in the afternoon and they had to park every car that came thru the DT. I spent 35 years in QSR service in training and Multi unit mgmt. someone needs to make some changes at this location by the looks of many of the same issues in their reviews! Order date was 2/20/23

Good food; fast and very friendly service Affordable prices. Kid friendly. Clean. Dining, drive thru, bathrooms, and curbside pickup- also online orders and pickup. Jobs available. (Short handed at the time). People love it. Kids love it. Manager was good to me. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait due to the number of people who love it. The drive thru is usually busy but for a small town, that’s great. It’s a good sign that food is good and service is good.

Once my cousin had to eat a ham sandwich cause they didn’t pack his food. And they gave me my double qp….it was completely raw. Both patties were raw raw.
