This is the second time I have gotten a pink burger and the fries are hard. They have reheated old fries. Horrible McDonald’s. Service is horrible. I have tried to call up there there three times to complain no one will answer the phone. I left a message for someone to call me back. For over two weeks they have had no ketchup and the workers are rude. This McDonald’s needs to close down immediately. They are getting people sick serving half done burgers. I will be reporting this to better business bureau today

This location is well known for being the slowest Mcdonalds. Today, I Pulled up to the drive through because it didn’t look too crowded. The lady immediately tells me to “hold one moment please”. So I did & well 5 mins passed and I’m still waiting at the speaker. I said “hello?” She then told me to hold again. I waited there for over 10 mins and no one took my order. I drove off. When I drove around to leave there was only one car at the window, That’s it! It’s definitely not worth waiting 10 plus minutes to have your order taken.

I came here for breakfast. As soon as i got to the drive through service was already HORRIBLE. The guy who took our order kept rushing me, i told him i needed a minute, he said “ok” then when i did order he kept saying “what else” before i could even finish talking. I get to the window and he tells me my total and i ask for a receipt he says “we aint got reciept paper”

How hard is it to correctly fill an order when only 2 items were ordered? I ordered a double quarter pounder that only came with one patty on it. If y’all would stop clearing out your order screen to make your drive thru times go down, you might actually get the orders right. This is one of the most incompetently managed McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The fact that the franchise owner doesn’t even care about guest services is blatantly obvious.

I know this spot has been going through transitions on management but I need to give them credit for trying to be better!! I went to get food last night and notice there’s no long wait and hot fries. Meanwhile I get stuck at their window bc my car decided to die on me, how embarrassing!! I was holding up the line and the manager got the young adults employees to help me push my car out the way, I was grateful. I see the improvements and thanks again for the help.

Worst McD’s I’ve ever seen. Tried doordashing twice from here for me, my wife, and my daughter. First time they completely left my wifes order out. Just got mine and my daughters. Second time they sent my entire order out with the wrong dasher, told mine to call us and tell us to cancel because they refused to remake and correct THEIR mistake. Wendy’s is better anyways all the way around.

When I arrived the line was so long I decided to just do a mobile curbside order. Order was placed & paid for at 10:18am. After sitting there for about 10mins & noticing a man still standing at the front door pressing the doorbell I tried to call them. No one was in the drive thru at this point. They didn’t answer. Waited a couple mins again, straight to busy tone. Decided to pull up to drive thru & heard a lady tell the man at the speaker box after he said hello “I’m sorry sir we aren’t able to take anymore orders at this time”. I pulled up to 2nd window & the girls standing there with my bag. Damn good thing I asked for an “extra” syrup considering they didn’t even give me one to begin with. Also no straws & food was cold. All in all didn’t pull off with my food until 10:42am ♀️
