I ordered hamburger happy meal, 4 piece nuggets and fry. Drink was a sprite the kids nugget was nothing but diced onions this is so disappointing to get home to your child an they are crying bc they don’t have nuggets. And this seems like it was a joke diced onions in a kids meal really! I work all day and can not get up to go back and had to cook my child a meal instead

It was filthy. I actually used some napkins to try to scrub the stuck on grime off of the soda dispenser. They didn’t have any straws out there. It’s self order so after the self order machine messed up we literally had to yell into the kitchen area to get someone to help us. Then the fries had absolutely no salt on them and that’s OK but when I went to ask for some salt packs because there were none of them out either it 10 mi uses for anyone to come see what I needed then they had to search for salt packs…no one knew where they were. Over all it was a terrible experience. The tables were nasty the chairs had food on them. It was unbelievable!! I would not recommend this restaurant

Was passing through and stopped for dinner because the kids wanted that. they messed up my order 3 times I had to go back through the drive through. there seem to be more employees just outside the walk in door smoking no one inside. I should have just said nope after seeing that. but didn’t. And I man did pay for it. After eating dinner at the hotel didn’t take long after I started feeling bad. I got bad food poisoning. First time ever from a McDonalds. place must be pretty bad inside.

I only get breakfast here every once in a while and they usually get it close enough to correct. I DO NOT ever get lunch or dinner here because they NEVER get those orders right and the staff is always about as unprofessional as they come. But in the mornings, they aren’t that bad. Not sure if it’s different crews or what, but I breakfasts gets a , everything else get a huge and resounding .

I got my food after 28 minutes of waiting. This was at 2pm on a friday, they were not at all busy. The food was ok, but the drink was incorrect, and when i went to get a refill they gave me the wrong drink again.

Went for breakfast and the lady at the Entercom made me wait a good 5 minutes before I order. Then I order a chicken biscuit and large sweet tea. Well they let me know after I pay that the chicken will be 5 minutes. You know the 5 minutes I waited before I could even order. So finally get my food and head home, to realize I got unsweet tea instead. Food was good but overall service and attention to detail sucks.

This particular experience went better than most. My child loves McDonald’s and this one is in a great location. I am not a big McDonald’s fan because they don’t have healthier options (hot fries and strawberry cream pie is my order if i decide to eat there.) Usually I go at the request of my child for a reward (good grades, special recognition, just being awesome, etc.) The service is typically bad, but this particular evening, the ladies that served us weren’t as bad. Both were polite and efficient. If it weren’t for those two, I would give this location 1 star because zero star isn’t a thing yet.
