I started calling this location my favorite spot until today! I usually order a fillet combo with light tarter and hardly have issues! Well today was different! When I got home, my sandwich was hard and bread burnt. I had No cheese on my sandwich . This order tasted like it was definitely rushed!!

Came thru the drive-thru around 6pm , only three cars at the window. The girl told every car to wait, everybody got their food in a timely manner and I only got two items.. still sitting here waiting going on 20 minutes literally. I’m starting to think they forgot about my order. My ice melted in my Hi- C by now . Also the girl at the window was very rude and act like she didn’t want to be there. If you’re not gonna treat the customer right then don’t get a job . This is the worst experience ever !!!!

Piss Poor Service,I waited 35 mins for my order to be wrong. On top of that a worker friend came in without paying and got his food before me. When asked about the wait time of my food the young lady had an attitude and began to talk out loud about what she doesn’t have time for. The workers not only watched the lobby growing full with waiting customers they decided to eat and have casual conversations about calling in tomorrow and so on. I didn’t receive an apology nor did I since anybody cared I have supported this location for a long time but tonight will be my last night doing so.

Awful customer service experience. We asked for a receipt for business expense purposes and she just rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut and walked away. No receipt. The food was also burnt (both bacon and bread), but it was the lack of care that prompted the review. Go ahead and just close this location.

McDonald’s on Countyline is the worst experience yet. It’s like I walked into a cemetery. The manager down to the employees were in the kitchen and one at a table all starred at me and did not utter a word; Such as, “Welcome to McDonald’s, How may I help you. The front area was unclean, the store had an unclean smell, and a broom and a dustpan was in the front store area near the fountain beverage counter. I mean, seriously, I lost my appetite and just charged my phone and left. Managers do not train employees professionalism or customer etiquette. If this is the future of restaurants, why don’t you just let animals run the store. They will at least ‘Bark’ when someone enters a room. The future looks really bleak in the McDonald’s fast food chain, and if this is what we have to deal with; it is much safer and friendlier to cook and eat at home. Customer service in this particular McDonald’s is at an all time -negative zero. Sadly, they do not seem aware or intelligent enough to realize it. Please close the doors and go home. Why are you there? PetsMart is hiring. FEDUP at Themis incompetent generation and at those in authority who would rather be their friends then teach them customer service skills, morals, and values.

It appears as though they can’t get reliable help. No matter what time or day you come it takes 10 minutes before they take your order another 15 in line and your order is wrong . Try hiring elders. They will come to work and be on time. After today we will not patronize this McDonald’s.

On 5/20/23, I ordered via app a Quarter Pounder Meal with it lettuce ketchup and cheese. Got home no cheese. Daughter was upset. On 5/21/23, ordered again via app, to make up for yesterday, a McDouble- lettuce ketchup and cheese only. Checked order at window- no cheese. Waited for them to remake the order. Went straight home. Opened bag, guess what?!!!! No cheese on the remade McDouble! UNBELIEVABLE!! Then the lettuce was skimpy !!

We went there and bought food. The bill board said, buy one get one for one dollar. When we went to the cashier,she rang us regular price. When I asked her about the sale, she started laughing and said, the sale was over days ago but this McDonald’s is too lazy to take the sale sign’s down.
