This McDonald’s is clean and fast no matter how long the line. You can get the app and order ahead the use the kiosk inside to pick your order up. You can also use the kiosk to order your meal if employees are busy or there’s a line at the registers but not the kiosk. Service is alright as far as friendliness… it’s still McDonald’s after all. Food is always fresh and hot and at this location anyway, correct.

The service is slow. It took eight minutes to get my order. Someone else walked in, maybe 3-4 minutes after me places an order. Not even five minutes they have their order and are on their way out the door. They might be prioritizing specific people over others. No clue. Not to mention I have gotten an undercooked burger and burgers saturated with salt. Not to mention burnt bacon.

I usually like this McDonald’s but we ordered curbside and it took them an hour to get our food. We actually had to go inside which is fine but an hour?? We’re very polite didn’t complain because the employees are so rude it would be pointless, they clearly do not care. Maybe it’s because they are overworked maybe understaffed? They need to get it together over there. The one on frontage is good.
