Good Mickey D’s located covieniently off I-59. We stopped in for breakfast and didn’t have to wait. The staff was very friendly and we got our food in just a few minutes. I had the Sausage McMuffin and a large coffee and both were really good.

We never come in because the females have bad attitudes. But decided to come in and a young employee is at the register and then walks off (says nothing) then another young lady come from outside to the register and is standing there with her phone and looks at us like we are dumb (saying nothing just looking) so I ask her if she was the one to take our order and then rolls her eyes ! I place my order go to the bathroom come back to her and the manager (saw the name tag) talking about they expect us to jump and we are not even clocked in and they continue to talk and laugh ! But kindness is all you’ll every receive from us as customers

I worked here for only a week but I can honestly say the people here are wonderful. Each and everyone. They treat you like family. I was reading on some reviews and most of this is lies. They keep their restaurant clean and the food is mostly always fresh. People want to talk about attitudes from the employees but think about the attitudes the employees get from the customers. None of them deserve that. And for the ones that say your food is always cold or messed up why keep coming if so? I’m waiting…

This place has really went downhill. I don’t know if new management or what the problem is, but ive had several unpleasant experiences of late. First one: sat in drive thru for 10 minutes!! Finally drove to the window and the cashier was there gossiping with another employee , oblivious to the fact i had been waiting in the drive thru. Second time: past 2 weeks “ice cream machine broke! Ice cream machine down for cleaning, “ same old BS as all the other macdonalds. If you question, you get nast attitude from the employees. This used to be a good Macdonalds, always nice, always had ice cream, employees friendly etc etc.. i wonder what has happened? Avoid this place like the plauge. You will only leave frustrated

As someone who eats here frequently (only because there are not many other options in Poplarville or this general area) I can say that this McD needs a LOT of help. It is clear ownership provides very little effective management. Something is always ‘out of order’, restrooms are often filthy, outside of the restaurant is dirty and littered, and service is often slow and not good. There are a few employees who really try and are courteous (that’s why I give 2 stars), but they are fighting an uphill battle. I can say without hesitation that this store would not make it in other states or areas. Employees smoking at the lobby entrance and parking next to the entrance is not a good look either.

This McDonalds has really gone downhill. I recently went and bought my great grandson to treat him to a happy meal before getting on our adventure to go shopping. His cheeseburger was burnt or under the heating lamps to lon, fries were redipped, no napkins and forgot the apple juice. I live around the corner, and this store has really gone downhill. If ya want hot fries ya have to fresh order. You have to ask for napkins, straws and sauce. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 45 years. I understand watching icos, labor and waste, but they need to hire people with personalities that have great customer service skills, and don’t look like they hate doing their job. Times have changed, but fast food requires, fast, friendly accurate service at all times.
