Waited 20 minutes for a burnt dried out deluxe chicken sandwich and they said my order was delayed for fries, my fries were cold and dry, definitely not fresh and 6-8 people got their order before me and then I wasn’t even given my drinks on top of that. I waited patiently and never got an apology.

I come through this area often and I recently noticed roach feces throughout the dining area. I let the staff know and was told that it would be cleaned and looked into. 3 days later I stopped again to check, and nothing was done. I owned multiple restaurants for years and this is completely unacceptable and preventable. My next step is notifying Melissa Parker with the Mississippi department of health, and the McDonald’s corporation. I’ll add pictures for proof to this review in a week or so when I go back through. Not only is this disgusting, but it’s also an unnecessary health risk.

Food was cold, not in proper packaging, so was hard to figure out what is what, had mayo all over the top of my McCracken bread, and ketchup and mustard ALL OVER the outside of my triple cheeseburger. Not to mention I wasn’t given a receipt to review them properly, and I had a long wait. Go elsewhere

Well I go into order a fish lunch combo I specifically asked for a fish lunch combo with a medium drink Coca-Cola and medium fry! I wait almost 10 minutes for my fast food fish and I end up with a cheeseburger meal and two extra cheeseburgers I don’t understand it!! Maybe because she look like she was zoned out in another world wishing she was not at work and not paying attention to the customers and leaving the cash register as often as possible to go wander through the kitchen if that’s what you want to call it! One of the reasons I very rarely go to McDonald’s anymore the only thing they have that’s good is breakfast and the employees then don’t listen either

I stopped at this Loves location and really don’t eat McDonald’s but since Loves didn’t have the Chicken Salad with the pecans and cranberries in it I said what the hell one day won’t kill me so I ordered a Big Mac. First off I went to the rest room after ordering my food and there was a young male that went to the bathroom when I went used the rest room and never washed his hands. He walked back to the back of the McDonald’s and literally I threw my burger in the garbage. I wash my hands and disinfect them a thousand times a day. And when I’m cooking even more. You must don’t have respect for other people when you won’t even wash your hands for the people your serving. Would you want someone to be handling your food after using the bathroom and not washing there hands. This is my first time and my last time stopping here. Thanks for the crazy first-time experience at this location.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the state. I have given the the benefit of the doubt. Yet they have messed up over dozen of my orders now, they also will never answer the phone guess they don’t want to hear all the complaints. I had to pay at the second window for my order because the employees will rather have a conversation instead of doing their jobs. The managers don’t seem to be worried about the wrong orders didn’t even get a oh I’m sorry about that. Spend your money somewhere else where they actually care. I hope the big managers see this because they need to clean house I will never return to this location I’ll drive further down the road to a better restaurant.
