Was told to wait for my food by a light post, waited 15 minutes, saw no one, went in to find out what was wrong. Was told it was my fault that I waited by the wrong light post. Management here has been horrible for the last year. Definitely needs a change of management.

There is one girl who works drive thru that always ruins my morning with how rude she is in her tone of voice. This morning she handed me my two drinks and I was still situating them when she said have a good day and when I went to turn to say it back she said “or not” and shut the window on me… she has dark curly hair usually up in a ponytail. Never seen her smile and I’ve been going nearly ever morning for a year now. Sometimes I get 2 other ladies in the drive thru and they are the sweetest girls, they make my mornings better, foods always great too.

I don’t know if the grease is killing the last brain cell the employees have or if McDonald’s is so pathetically despite that they will hire anything with a pulse. Just tried to go through the drive thru for 2 kids meals and a number 6. I said I wanted a water to drink and was flat out told no…..I couldn’t have water….they couldn’t substitute soda for water. Not bottled water. Just a cup of water. I said that is what I always get. I’ll pay the same price but I want water. He said “right.” But still wouldn’t let us have a cup of water. The food was typical McDonald’s, but the restaurant was dirty. The tables all needed a wipe down, and the bathroom was kinda gross. The toilet was unflushed and there was pee urine on the seat. The place looked uncared for.

Muffin not toasted. Iced coffee trash. When asked if it can be made sweeter , I was given sugar packets that didn’t even dissolve into the iced coffee so I was stuck with iced coffee that was bitter and grainy. Asked for no cheese on my McGriddle, got cheese. Customer service was horrible.
