A great place for a quick lunch when your shopping! The sweet tea was so good and the service was excellent. Plus, the drive thru is quick and efficient.

If they are shortstaffed, instead of marking curbside unavailable or informing you, they will allow you to sit and wait and not provide any info or discount for the wait.

Let’s be honest, you don’t go to MickeyD’s for their “great” tasting food. You go for the decent food, that is reliably prepared with the pinnacle of efficiency in fast food. …but…, if you go for breakfast and get the steak and cheese bagel and it’s “lick your fingers, is there any more” good, that’s pretty cool too!

So much ice in the drink, it was cubes to the lid. Had them correct it and all they did was turn around and dump the drink into a larger cup.

Can’t go any lower so many people working but we rang up our own order because no one greeted us or cared even though they looked at us they never called out our order I finally went looking for only to find it was in a bag(we ordered dine in) and sat there for a hot minute… for point of view we were the only people who didn’t work there that were in the dining area

Is McDonald’s all around is one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to, then ploys are hard to understand because majority of them do not speak very good English, the food is normally pretty good and hot never gotten bad food from them. Being able to understand them is a big thing though I placed a mobile order and ended up getting charged twice because they made me pay in store again, said there was an error when I paid on the the app but it took my money twice.

If you enjoy poor service rude employees and burnt food it is a wonderful place to visit, a real gem in St Matthews. I posted a picture and no it is not a hamburger that is an Egg McMuffin with a burnt egg and a burnt bun and they say it’s slightly toasted.

If you enjoy long drive through lines, rude/ungrateful employees, and burnt hamburger buns then this is the place for you. I however expect better for how much they are charging for their food. I won’t be coming back to this establishment in the future.

Rude, filthy dining room and restroom. Easily the worst McDonald’s in the Louisville area. Formerly well run. What a difference a change in management makes.
