Been here a few times, 9 times out of 10 the fries taste like how a stink bug smells. I have had friends who worked there saying there was mold behind the dish washer, roach infestations, that majority of the people that work there either smoke weed or vape in the store and you can clearly smell it off them when you come near the window or counter, and they rarely clean the shake machine. I had the pleasure of being served by the manager once not long ago, right off the bat she was very rude. I understand some people have bad days but in the past year I’ve lived in Harrodsburg and visited this McDonald’s I’ve had maybe one good experience. Even if your having a bad day that doesn’t mean you can treat a customer with annoyance and disrespect

Cashier tried to charge us extra for a cup difference. Hardly gave us any sauce and when I requested more they acted like it was worth a fortune and didn’t want to give me any. Sandwich I ordered had one smear of ranch on it about as big as a dime. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. Lee’s and other places closer give much better service.

Got a couple cool people in here carrying the rest of the lazy team. You sit in mobile order for like 20 mins and have to go in and get the food yourself. When you walk in and there’s like 6 people standing up front mouth breathing looking lost as all get out and won’t even acknowledge your existence. Place is goofy even for a Macky doodles.

The line was backed up out to the road. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid online I would’ve left. Once I got in line it took 20 minutes to get through it. I finally get to the window and they ask me what I ordered and then pretty much threw it at me. Never again!

This is located on a very small lot. Yes it has two drive thru lanes and a very small parking lot. If a person wants to go in to order they have to stay in the drive thru until you can either drive around the building or pull into a parking spot on the drive thru lane. Then pray you can back out again when you come out.

Unless you want your Coke from a milk jug I wouldn’t come here. Called to see what the deal was because they didn’t say anything about having to get pop from cans or milk jugs. The manager , Jared, was rude as all get out. Basically boiled down to if I didn’t like the experience I can put in for management since they are hiring for it. Called the corporate office and they said they’ll handle it. Also called the office for public health in Frankfort to report what I saw. Threw my food out as i asked if they had running water and the manager couldn’t give me an answer on it. He didn’t understand what I was asking? Kind of pathetic if you ask me

Dishonesty is not the best policy. Very disappointed to be handed two 12 oz can of coke when we order large cokes. So that’s a 32 oz cup that is filled with 12 oz of soda. However your still charging full price and you don’t say anything about it until you hand me a can of coke. You can at least say “Our machine is down so we are doing cans and not selling large drinks” Next time I’ll just go to the store and not bother with this place!
