Fast and efficient. Typical McDonald’s food- you’ll feel greasy and gross after eating it. But if that’s what you want, this is a good place to get that fix. They handle our complicated orders with aplomb, and I can feed the family for $20. My kids love the oatmeal!

Left out my tartar sauce and asked me to pull up. It took 5 minutes for them to bring it out. I asked for it when I ordered my food. The employee that brought out was a grumpy employee. I said thank you and she just grunted. Looks like it was a manager. Horrible attitude

I was at this location for a quick stop before traveling home. I ordered an ice cream cone, large sweet tea, large fry, and a double burger with no cheese. They forgot my sweet tea and gave me a burger with cheese. The employee also got mad when I said it was wrong. I pulled up to wait for my new burger and they brought me another one with cheese. I determined it wasn’t worth my time because I needed to get home, and left. What a bad experience.

I remember when this location and the center it’s located at werent built. But, it’s always been the backbone of Palomar Ctr. In high school it was the spot that we Dunbar students hung out, and to see and be seen by others. Later on it was the spot to run into old friends, and pause long enough to briefly catch up on life, share a memory and a laugh about the past, and hope for the best for our futures before saying goodbye. So imagine my surprise when I walked in couple days ago and there were no front line cashiers to take an order, but only a kiosk to select my food. Well, I noped right back out the door not knowing when I’d be back here for food. Oh, and the signs you see up about loitering? Those were put up in 1992-’93 because of my friends and myself who never bothered anyone or anybody. Even had a security guard ex-cop who carried a .380 revolver on his hip. Good times.

Long wait, left out 1/2 the items in our order. The drive thru worker lied when I specifically asked if everything was in the bag – drove off and 5 miles down the road realize they didn’t give us 1/2 the order. Consumer loses again…. Lost money, my time, a second meal (additional $$) for family. Beyond frustrating!

Order Taker did not specify our sandwich as “special request” when we were handed our food my biscuit was burnt to a crisp(black) when we asked for it to be lightly toasted per what we originally requested the Manager got upset at the 2nd window and pointed real aggressively for us to pull up. I asked him not to point his finger at me, and the only words he spoke was, “do you want your money back?” Very rude and very unprofessional!!!!
